Welcome back! Today I am talking about taking 100% responsibility in your business! Over the past 20 years as an entrepreneur, I've noticed that business owners like to place blame on everyone but themselves for the results they've been creating. People they've hired, lack of time, bad management, etc. It's so much easier to point the finger than to look in the mirror sometimes am I right?
I am going to teach you some strategies on how you can take full responsibility and control of the results you are getting. Instead of thinking "this is out of my control, this is not my fault", I want you to start thinking: "What could I have done to prevent this from happening?"
When you say things like "There was nothing I could have done!" it will slow down your growth!! A lot of times, there's a million things you could do to ensure a better result and we're going to dive into them today! Enjoy!

My business is growing rapidly and it's both exciting and terrifying all at the same time.
The good news?
Because of our Well-Oiled systems, we are masters at attracting amazing people. We are what we teach. My team consists of only A players which is why I am able to take this amazing growth head on. They ease my nerves and remind me that this is all possible because of the work we do TOGETHER.
