Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!!

Today, we are talking about how to find the balance with your free and paid offers.  I'm getting a lot of my clients confused with how to charge and still over deliver when your competitors might be doing things differently.  The stimulus funding sounds amazing, but right now I haven't received a dime and you probably haven't either.  We have no guarantee or promise of when and how much and it may still be weeks (or longer) away.  We need to keep making money as a business to survive.

Some highlights include:

  • How do you sell if your industry is giving everything away for free
  • Figuring out the difference between free and paid value
  • Where to lean in during these uncertain times

--> Want to work with the Foot Traffic Team and skyrocket your business during a recession? Here is a quick overview of the Foot Traffic Formula program: For the next 12 months, we are building out your marketing plan, systems, helping you increase your revenue so you can start to hire and remove some of the stress and pressure going on right now.

You'll Get:

  • 12 months of on-going strategy, systems, and support
  • Weekly laser coaching sessions with me
  • Weekly office hours and trainings with Team Foot Traffic to learn likes copywriting, paid IG and FB ads, funnel implementation and more
  • Private on-boarding call to get you started on the right foot
  • A Dedicated Community Manager that is in the FB group every weekday answering your questions
  • A Dedicated Accountability Coach to work with every month for 25 minutes PRIVATELY. We want to help hold you accountable to hit your goals.

Today I am interviewing Geoff Woods, the host of The ONE Thing Podcast and the Vice-President of The ONE Thing. Geoff has been featured in Entrepreneur.com and is on a mission to teach people how to live a life of focus so they can have more by doing less.

During this time of uncertainty in the world, your normal working environment has been completely disrupted.    Your profitability is on the line.  Now is the most important time for you to line up all your dominos and find the one thing you need to tackle first!

Some highlights include:

  • How do you narrow your list to find the one thing?
  • How do you take a vision and turn that into an activity you can do today?
  • How much time should you dedicate to your one thing?
  • What's the one thing you can do to make your team successful and feel supported?
  • How much of the one thing is strategy and how much is mindset?
  • The difference between an expense and an investment

Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!!

The fear of, “Will my business make it through a recession?” is totally normal to have right now since we don’t know what the short term future is going to look like.

It’s scary. I get it because it is the unknown.

As a small business owner who has gone through a recession In 2008, I would love to ease your mind and help you get through this and strategize so you can sleep better at night.

Today I'm talking about 4 things you can be doing right now to be proactive and move your business forward even during these times.

  1. Cut all unnecessary spending.  You have apps, software, other items you are paying for that are not working.  They are not helping your business.
  2. Do not cut money makers - Don’t downsize programs to ones that look worse and don’t cut revenue generators
  3. Lean into what is working
  4. Stay Positive - Last recession my business increased revenue every year, I plan to do that again

Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!

As an entrepreneur, we have enormous dreams and we want big results - like yesterday.⠀Our high expectations and standards can be hard to live up to.⠀It’s not about working and hustling all day and night sporadically. (That will only lead you to burn out).

The massive leaps we are looking for actually equate to consistent action every single day in our business.

It’s really about one step at a time. Ask yourself what is ONE thing you can do today to keep moving forward?⠀That one question can lead to a dramatic increase to your bottom line.⠀

Know that sometimes you will get stuck, scared, or frustrated when something doesn’t go your way. Every business success and failure is an opportunity to learn and grow. Doing so will lead to answers.⠀Unfortunately, these are not always the answers you want, but they will stretch you as a business owner.⠀

If you continue to show up and be consistent, your business will thank you for it!

This week on the podcast we are talking all about PR and Media with my guest Katrina Cravy. Katrina is an Emmy award-winning TV personality, a TV and radio personality, entrepreneur, and true American-dream believer dedicated to helping others create and communicate a story that sells!

Here are a few highlights from the podcast you won’t want to miss:

"How can we get on these outlets..." at 2:23 Stacy and Katrina talk about what you can do for a news station to talk about your business.  Katrina lets us in on her 'must-have' formula.

"This is the biggest mistake I have ever seen..." at 9:38 Katrina reveals to Stacy the biggest mistake she has ever seen in her 20+ year career.   HInt, it has to do with your press release!!!

"They need to be involved in doing that..." at 18:30 Stacy and Katrina chat about the questions to ask yourself when considering how you can benefit the audience of the news channel.

Find out more about Katrina at katrinacravy.com

P.S. Are you a part of the Foot Traffic Community?! Make sure to click here to join now! Every Monday I host a live training at 11:30am CST and you don’t want to miss this. I share the latest and greatest strategies that are working for my businesses that will work for you as well!

Stacy Tuschl is a speaker, business coach, and the owner of The Academy of Performing Arts in Wisconsin. She is the author of the book “Is Your Business Worth Saving?” where she reveals proven strategies for pulling entrepreneurs out of a rut and launching them toward business success.

Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!!

Today I'm doing an on-air coaching call with one of my newest clients from The Foot Traffic Formula, Melina! Melina is the owner of Pathways, a brick and mortar metaphysical bookstore.  She inherited the business and works with a partner currently.  Stacy coaches Melina on how to move more into the digital age and use funnels to start selling quickly.

“What would be your bestseller…” at 6:33 Stacy questions Melina on what her bestseller would be and what she can use to create her first funnel.  Together they talk through different strategies on how to attract new people with a funnel.

“You could do a million different things…” at 10:05 Melina asks Stacy what types of funnels would be best for her business.    Stacy coaches Melina on creating a funnel that will give her the most bang for her buck.  Stacy shares tips on creating funnels that you can use throughout the year so you don't have to keep recreating the wheel.

“I struggle with getting it all done…” at 15:45 Melina explains to Stacy how she is becoming overwhelmed and struggling with systems.   Stacy provides coaching on prioritizing and helping Melina stay on track.

“It doesn't have to be difficult…” at 18:25 Stacy and Melina talk through options for her first funnel.   Stacy helps with doing research and pinpointing what direction Melina and her business should go in.
