Is this starting to sound a little familiar now? Have you met her before? This "mean girl" is simply just a negative inner voice that comes to defeat us! However, just because "she" is there, and we hear these negative things, does NOT mean we have to give "her" power. It is our job to shut down the "mean girl" inside our mind, and that is exactly what Rachel is going to share with us on today's episode.
